All vehicles are sold pursuant to the abandoned vehicle statute N.C.G.S. 20-77 and sell on a tow lien packet unless otherwise stated. You will receive an application for a North Carolina title along with a court order awarding you the vehicle. We have no knowledge of clean, branded, or salvage titles. 

Vehicles may or may not have keys. We will be happy to disclose to you on the preview day if there are keys to any vehicles you are interested in. 

The vehicle may or may not run. It could be from an accident or a private party impound but we do not know the history of the vehicle before we towed it in. 

We tow all over Eastern NC for a variety of accounts. The most common reasons are police accidents and impounds or vehicles left on private property. 

You should bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay. There is no minimum bid, however, there are outstanding bids on all vehicles for scrap weight plus any converters, wheels, and batteries therefore there are reserves that must be met.

We do not take payments or finance vehicles. All bids must be paid by cash or certified funds by close of business on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are made.
